Job Description
Napollo Software Design LLC is urgently seeking a dedicated HR Generalist for our Bahria Town, Lahore office. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for supporting a growing team, with demonstrated experience across various HR functions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment process, including job postings and onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Facilitate employee relations and performance management initiatives
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of HR experience and relevant education in HR or a related field. Familiarity with HRIS platforms, particularly FlowHCM, is preferred.
