Nestlé Pakistan is actively seeking a Regional Sales Manager to enhance our Sales Operations network and lead our Field Sales team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and coordination abilities, alongside a strategic mindset to develop and implement effective Field Sales Strategies for the designated region. You will be responsible for achieving set objectives while strictly adhering to the company’s principles and policies.

The preferred candidate will possess between 8 to 10 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, specifically in a leadership capacity, and must have a proven history of successfully meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
