Job Description
Next Gen Technologies Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Call Center Trainer to spearhead training initiatives for our US-based projects. The ideal candidate will possess practical experience in coaching customer service representatives, developing training modules, and enhancing performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: You will conduct onboarding and soft skills training, deliver product and process training, design and update training materials, monitor trainee progress, provide personalized coaching, collaborate with teams to implement improvements, and evaluate training effectiveness.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience, outstanding communication skills, a solid understanding of customer service, and the ability to work flexible night shifts.
