Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to join our team. Key responsibilities include supporting the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. You will also assist in onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a seamless experience for employees. Accuracy and confidentiality in maintaining employee records and HR databases are essential. Additionally, you will contribute to planning engaging activities for our employees.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree, or currently pursuing one, in Human Resources or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
