Job Description
Optimum Advisory is actively seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager with a proven history in the US market. The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of US labor laws and HR compliance. Key responsibilities will include managing talent acquisition processes, fostering employee engagement, overseeing performance management, and ensuring HR operations adhere to US standards.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (Master’s degree preferred), at least 5 years of HR experience in the US market, and proficiency in HRIS platforms are required.
Shift: Night (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM) – ONSITE | Salary: $250k – $300k | Job Type: Full-time | Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 4.
