Job Description
P-Tech is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative who is passionate about solving problems and enhancing customer experiences. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about our products and services. You will handle complaints with patience and professionalism while maintaining detailed customer records. Collaboration with other departments will be essential to ensure effective support.
Requirements include strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, empathy, patience, and prior customer service experience is preferred.
Compensation is between Rs65,00.00 and Rs75,00.00 per month for a full-time position.
