Job Description
Pakistan Children’s Heart Foundation invites applications for a full-time, on-site Assistant Pharmacist to support our pediatric clinical team. The successful candidate will accurately dispense medications, counsel and support patients and caregivers, manage inventory and stock levels, process prescriptions and administrative tasks, and maintain confidential patient records. Responsibilities also include assisting with medication therapy management and delivering patient education.
Applicants must hold a valid pharmacist/assistant pharmacist license, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and show a strong commitment to pediatric care. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and reliable on-site availability are required.
