Job Description
We are seeking a full-time RMNCH Coordinator & Trainer to strengthen Skilled Birth Attendants and primary health care (PHC) providers in selected Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) districts. The position will develop WHO-aligned training-of-trainers (ToT) materials and deliver in-person trainings on early maternal and newborn danger-sign recognition, Essential Newborn Care (ENC), stabilization, and referral protocols. The Coordinator will establish district mentorship and supportive supervision, reinforce PHC-level referral pathways to THQ/DHQ, and promote consistent application of clinical ENC standards. This role contributes to health system strengthening and improved newborn outcomes through capacity building and quality assurance at the PHC level.
