Job Description
Penta Express seeks a formal, customer-focused Telesales Executive to conduct outbound calls, introduce services, generate and nurture leads, maintain CRM records, and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. The role requires building strong client relationships and coordinating with sales and marketing to implement effective strategies.
- Open to fresh candidates or those with up to 1 year of telesales/telemarketing experience
- Excellent spoken English and Urdu; strong negotiation and closing skills
- Organized, able to perform under pressure; familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; intermediate level with relevant experience considered
- Location: Brooks Chowrangi, Korangi Industrial Area — full-time, in-person
