Job Description
Pentagon Food Group Ltd seeks full-time on-site Customer Support Officers (CSR/Telesales) for our UK-based food group in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi. The role involves handling customer inquiries, up-selling and cross-selling, churn and debt management, and customer basket administration.
- Requirements: strong spoken and written English, call-center experience preferred, and basic Office 365 skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Hours: Summer 1:00 PM–10:00 PM; Winter 2:00 PM–11:00 PM.
- Salary & benefits: PKR 55,00–60,00/month, Eid bonus, CL/AL/SL, health and life insurance, EOBI, sales incentives, annual increments, and clear career progression.
