Job Description
PepsiCo is actively seeking a committed Senior Territory Sales Officer to spearhead our distributor and organizational team. This pivotal role focuses on implementing tailored company strategies to meet local business needs while training and motivating the team to reach both immediate and long-term goals.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing Permanent Journey Plans, recruiting Order Bookers and Direct Sales Representatives, ensuring successful execution of the Annual Operating Plan, meeting monthly volume targets, and effectively managing promotional budgets. Strong communication skills, prioritization abilities, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. While 1-2 years of experience is preferred, we warmly welcome applications from fresh graduates.
