Job Description
PepsiCo is looking for a qualified Electrical Team Lead to manage maintenance activities for electrical and instrumentation equipment. This critical role ensures the reliability and efficiency of our plant operations. Key responsibilities include executing maintenance plans, developing master schedules, establishing SOPs for calibration and safety, and managing essential spare parts programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Maintenance Manager, uphold AIB standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives among technicians.
Applicants should possess a Diploma, B-Tech, or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Instrumentation, along with relevant experience in an FMCG environment. Strong computer skills and proficiency in technical writing are essential.
