Job Description
We are looking for a committed Team Leader who possesses outstanding managerial skills and a solid background in sales, particularly related to the ACA campaign. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the call center industry.
As a Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in a call center environment.
- Exemplifying strong leadership qualities.
- Exhibiting excellent English communication skills.
- Availability to work night shifts.
