Job Description
The Qadri Group of Companies is actively seeking a committed Performance Management Specialist to develop and oversee our Performance Management System (PMS). In this role, you will collaborate with department leaders to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are aligned with our business objectives, efficiently manage PMS cycles, and conduct training sessions on PMS processes.
Key responsibilities include analyzing performance trends, recommending improvement strategies, and ensuring transparency in evaluations across all departments. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
This is a full-time position located at Canal Bank Izmir Town, Lahore, requiring in-person attendance.
