Job Description
QueryTel is currently seeking a dedicated Cold-Calling and Lead Generation Expert with a focus on the North American market. In this pivotal role, you will be the initial point of contact for potential clients, significantly contributing to the growth of our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to businesses across the U.S. and Canada.
- Identify client needs and effectively present our IT services.
- Document call outcomes and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with North American sales representatives.
- Provide weekly performance metrics and lead conversion reports.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in cold calling or B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of North American sales dynamics.
