Redcube Technologies LLC is seeking a professional Customer Support Executive to manage international customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and social media. Responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating shipping, managing returns and exchanges, providing product guidance, and collaborating with production and operations.

• Requirements: excellent spoken and written English; 1–2 years of customer support experience (e‑commerce preferred); strong problem-solving and multitasking skills; patient, positive attitude.
• Position: full-time, in-person role serving customers in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
