Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance operations across multiple sites.
- Oversee both preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Lead and supervise technicians and service providers.
- Monitor budget to implement cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Quickly address emergency repair situations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in facility or maintenance management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems.
