Job Description
Ronikal Energy is actively searching for a skilled and meticulous Clothing Production In-Charge to oversee our clothing manufacturing operations on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will ensure that all production activities operate seamlessly, meet stringent quality standards, and adhere to established timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production activities and schedules effectively.
- Collaborate with teams responsible for cutting, stitching, and quality control.
- Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Monitor production output and swiftly resolve any workflow challenges.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in garment production management.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of managing teams and performing under tight deadlines.
Job Type: Contractual
Pay: Rs 30,00.00 – Rs 40,00.00 per month
