Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team in Johar Town and provide exceptional service to our US-based clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Key Details:
- Location: Johar Town
- Working Hours: 7 PM to 2 AM (Monday–Saturday)
- Compensation: Basic salary plus incentives, ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month
- Experience in a US-based call center: 1 year (required)
- Shift flexibility to accommodate the US time zone
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous
