Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Address inbound customer complaints and technical inquiries.
• Conduct outbound calls to respond to queries received through our website and social media platforms.
• Generate and manage new service tickets.
• Assist customers with billing-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to effectively resolve all customer inquiries.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the US market is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ZOHO CRM is advantageous.
• Highly energetic and eager to learn.

Location: Masood Arcade, IJP Road, Islamabad.

Shift Time: 6 PM – 2 AM or 7 PM – 3 AM.

Salary: Rs 40,00 – Rs 50,00 per month.
