Job Description
Sachi Chakki Khidmat is looking for a skilled and self-assured Female Call Center Agent to enhance our vibrant team in Ichhra, Lahore. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication abilities and possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a domestic call center setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- At least 1 year of experience in a domestic call center.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
