Job Description
Safa Worldwide Private Limited is in search of dynamic and motivated Call Center Representatives with a minimum of 12 months of relevant experience. We also welcome applications from enthusiastic freshers with strong English language skills.
As a Call Center Agent, your primary duties will include reaching out to international clients, adhering to communication scripts, promptly managing outbound calls, and recognizing customer needs to promote our upsell campaigns.
Ideal candidates should possess fluency in English, strong sales persuasion skills, punctuality, basic computer proficiency, and a positive demeanor.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹55,00 to ₹70,00, along with commissions, performance bonuses, and comprehensive training.
Working hours are from 2 PM to 11 PM, Monday to Friday, with a half-day on Saturday. Our office is located in DHA Phase 6.
