Job Description
Saifee Hospital is currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager to lead the implementation and oversight of best clinical practices. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing patient safety through comprehensive assessments, investigations, and treatment protocols.
The Clinical Manager will be responsible for developing and ensuring compliance with counseling protocols through effective training initiatives. Additionally, this role includes reviewing admission and discharge procedures to improve overall patient comfort and satisfaction.
Qualifications for this position include an MBBS degree with a valid PMDC registration, an MBA in Healthcare Management, and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of administrative experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract (12 months).
