Job Description
Scalemill is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to lead our hiring initiatives. This role encompasses sourcing candidates, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and overseeing onboarding processes.
Work Hours: 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle.
- Source candidates through job boards and social media platforms.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Maintain communication with candidates and HR teams.
- Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of two years of relevant experience are required.
