Job Description

Shark Innovation Labs is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee the complete order lifecycle—from receiving and recording orders to coordinating dispatch and maintaining timely communication with customers. Proficiency in ERP software and exceptional communication skills are critical for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer orders.
• Maintain and update order data within our ERP system.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in order management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
