Job Description
Shark Technologies is actively searching for a skilled Team Lead to manage our international outbound sales team located in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site role is ideally suited for individuals with telesales experience, those demonstrating strong leadership potential, and possessing excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents. Conduct call monitoring, provide constructive feedback, and assist team members in closing deals effectively.
Qualifications: Candidates must be fluent in English, with a focus on leadership and previous sales experience preferred. However, fresh candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Compensation: Salary ranges from PKR 75,00 to 100,00, plus commission incentives.
