Job Description
Shelter is in search of a skilled Accounts Officer specializing in QuickBooks Online to effectively manage financial records for multiple entities. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring precise bookkeeping and facilitating smooth accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily bookkeeping and financial entries through QuickBooks Online.
- Reconcile accounts across various companies.
- Oversee invoicing, expense tracking, and follow-up on payments.
- Assist in compiling monthly reports and profit/loss statements.
- Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with 2–4 years of relevant experience and proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
