Job Description
Sky Marketing is seeking a committed Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our Human Resources team by overseeing the complete recruiting process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements.
- Source potential candidates through various online platforms.
- Conduct interviews and evaluations to assess candidates effectively.
- Maintain candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Create customized job descriptions and interview questions.
- Organize recruitment events and job fairs to attract talent.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
