Job Description
We are seeking a Client Relationship Officer to establish and maintain strong client partnerships as the primary contact for onboarding, inquiries, and account management. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, coordinating internal teams to deliver timely solutions, resolving issues efficiently, and recommending additional services to support client objectives.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 1–3 years of experience in client services or sales; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; CRM proficiency.
- Qualifications: Highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple accounts concurrently.
