Job Description
Smart Brains BPO is actively seeking a skilled and results-oriented Team Lead for our Affordable Care Act (ACA) campaign. The ideal candidate should possess at least one year of ACA or relevant health insurance experience, demonstrate strong leadership abilities, and have a comprehensive knowledge of compliance standards and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities: You will oversee ACA agents, monitor their performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to compliance regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing performance reports and collaborating with the Quality Assurance, Training, and Human Resources teams.
