Job Description
Solectra SM Solar Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced Production Manager for our luggage bag factory located 15 km on Faisalabad Road, Sheikhupura. This full-time, on-site position requires hands-on oversight of production operations, quality control, equipment operation, and labor supervision. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and proven production management experience with strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Direct daily production activities and workforce
- Ensure product quality, safety, and timely output
- Manage equipment, schedules, and training
Company residence and three meals per day are provided; candidates must be willing to live on premises. Additional benefits will be shared with shortlisted applicants. Interviews will be conducted at our Head Office in Lahore.
