Job Description
South Punjab Hospital Multan is seeking a proactive Canteen Manager to oversee daily on-site canteen operations, ensuring strict hygiene, high-quality meals, and timely service to patients, staff, and visitors. The role includes supervising kitchen and service teams; coordinating menus with dietitians; managing inventory, procurement, and waste reduction; controlling budgets and handling cash and digital transactions; maintaining equipment; keeping accurate records; and addressing feedback and audit requirements.
Requirements: bachelor’s degree, minimum one year of food service management experience (healthcare experience preferred), strong leadership and organizational skills, and thorough knowledge of food safety and hospital dietary standards. Full-time, on-site position.
