Job Description
Sovereign Services seeks a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our BPO team in a full-time talent acquisition role. The successful candidate will attract and select qualified candidates to meet client staffing requirements, leveraging strong communication and customer service experience.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate the hiring process and manage candidate communications
- Demonstrate excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
