Job Description
SWATX is on the lookout for a skilled CRM & Billing Technical Lead with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365. This position is centered around the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level CRM and billing solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership and technical acumen, guiding teams to deliver scalable and high-performance results.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Leading the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Managing ERP, payment gateway, and customer portal integrations.
- Ensuring adherence to best coding practices.
- Troubleshooting performance issues and overseeing upgrades.
- Collaborating with stakeholders on innovative solution designs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and billing solutions.
- Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Azure.
