Job Description
SYNC BPO is in search of a dedicated and organized Patient Support and Scheduling Coordinator. In this role, you will provide outstanding assistance to patients, families, and caregivers while efficiently managing patient appointments and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate patient appointments and procedures
– Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

– Address patient inquiries and concerns
