Job Description
Tech Vision is looking for a talented HR Operations Officer to oversee the complete recruitment process. The responsibilities of this role include crafting job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, negotiating salaries, conducting document verifications, extending job offers, and facilitating the onboarding process. The successful candidate will also collaborate with various departments to align hiring needs and maintain an up-to-date recruitment tracker.
This full-time position is located in Islamabad, Pakistan, and is exclusively open to female applicants who possess at least 3 years of relevant experience and hold a Bachelor’s degree.
