Job Description

Technics Garments is looking for a committed Operations Manager to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies that align with our operational objectives, improving production and supply chain efficiency, and managing the comprehensive production process from order through to dispatch. Key responsibilities will include fostering continuous workflow improvements, collaborating with quality assurance teams, and establishing clear goals and KPIs for the operations team.

This is a full-time position with a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,00.00 to Rs200,00.00. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in operations management. The position is based in Sialkot Gpo and requires in-person attendance.
