Job Description
Texitech is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided.
- Efficiently resolving customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Documenting all customer interactions and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge to offer effective support and guidance to customers.
Qualifications: Inter/B.A./B.Com
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
