Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is in search of a dedicated Senior IT Support Officer to strengthen our IT operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and management of Microsoft Windows client operating systems. Daily user support, troubleshooting, and implementing best practices for efficient laptop and desktop deployments are essential duties. Furthermore, the role includes managing IT inventory and configuring both network and local printers.
Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities. A graduate degree in Computer Science or IT is preferred, along with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
This is a full-time, on-site position.
