Job Description
The Diabetes Centre Islamabad, located in Bharakahu, is seeking a committed Front Desk Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for patient registration, appointment scheduling, cash handling, and managing incoming calls. Candidates must possess outstanding customer service skills, proficiency in cash handling, and familiarity with patient management systems.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management is required, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a diabetes care setting. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance and a provident fund.
