Job Description
The Fred Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel operations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the highest standards of service, drive profitability, and enhance team performance. Key responsibilities include maximizing revenue through strategic pricing, executing marketing initiatives, ensuring guest satisfaction, and evaluating hotel performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline, along with over 15 years of extensive experience in the hotel industry. Strong leadership abilities, financial expertise, and proficiency in hotel management software are essential for success in this role.
