Job Description
The-Hiring is on the lookout for a motivated Outbound Customer Service Representative / Sales Executive. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, follow up on inactive leads, and convert inquiries into sales while prioritizing customer satisfaction and enhancing our brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to both potential and current customers.
- Promote our products with comprehensive information on pricing and availability.
- Conduct cold calls to cultivate new leads.
- Prepare precise quotations and invoices.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints.
Required Skills: Excellent communication abilities, preferred experience in outbound sales, and familiarity with CRM tools.
