Job Description
Join The-Hiring as a highly organized and dependable Personal Assistant to our senior management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach, and a dedication to maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage schedules and travel arrangements.
- Professionally handle correspondence and phone calls.
- Prepare reports and documents for meetings.
- Assist in organizing meetings and maintain an efficient filing system.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, 1–2 years of experience, strong proficiency in English and Urdu, and MS Office skills.
Working Hours: 6 days a week (specific timings to be discussed).
Pay: Starting at Rs70,00.00 per month.
