Job Description
The Skin Xperts is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for posting engaging content and responding to comments across various e-commerce platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Daraz, and TikTok. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and implementing marketing strategies to reach a wider audience and enhance sales.
Key responsibilities include tracking orders, generating reports, and providing chat support on multiple platforms. This is a full-time, office-based position from 11 AM to 8 PM (Monday to Saturday) at our location in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, BLOCK 16 A. The starting salary is Rs 25,00 (fixed), along with sales commissions, resulting in total earnings between Rs 25,00 and Rs 40,00 per month.
