Job Description
The Tec Agency is currently in search of a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will oversee live chat support for various clients and work diligently to convert potential leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate must embody exceptional communication skills and a strong customer-oriented approach, coupled with the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver live chat support for multiple clients.
- Address inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Successfully convert leads into customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Prior experience in customer support or sales is preferred. Applicants should possess excellent English communication skills, be tech-savvy, and be available to work from 2 PM to 11 PM at our Gulistan-e-Johar office.
