Job Description
We are seeking a Night Operations Manager to lead our Final Expense Telesales team (7:00 PM–4:00 AM) in Rawalpindi. You will oversee daily call center operations, monitor KPIs, manage staffing, training, schedules, and drive efficiency improvements. Candidates must have 2+ years of operations management experience in call center or final expense environments, a proven record of meeting targets, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
