Job Description
Salary: PKR 35,00 – 40,00
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | Off Days: Saturday & Sunday
Total Solution is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Call Center Representative who excels in communication and has a passion for sales and recruitment. In this role, you will reach out to potential Loan Officers, conduct interviews, and play a vital part in building our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential candidates.
- Carry out interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Effectively convey the benefits of joining our organization.
- Schedule interviews and manage follow-up communications.
Requirements: Proficiency in English is essential; prior call center experience is preferred, although fresh candidates are encouraged to apply. Basic computer skills are required.
