Job Description
Traditions by Saleem Fabrics is seeking a full-time Sweeper Supervisor to manage and coordinate the facility cleaning team. The supervisor will schedule and monitor daily tasks, oversee sweeping, mopping, restroom upkeep, and waste disposal, and track attendance and performance.
- Manage cleaning supplies, requisitions, and basic inventory
- Train new staff and enforce health and safety standards
- Report maintenance issues or leaks and prepare daily/weekly reports
- On-site position requiring prior cleaning operations and team-management experience
Qualifications: high school diploma preferred, strong leadership and communication skills, and demonstrated supervisory experience.
