Job Description
Trans Global Services seeks a full-time, on-site International Customer Support Representative for night shifts. The role requires handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats; resolving customer inquiries and complaints; accurately logging interactions in the CRM; escalating complex issues; and adhering to quality standards and provided scripts.
Preferred candidates have 6 months to 2 years of customer support or call center experience, strong spoken and written English, basic computer and CRM skills, patience, and strong problem-solving abilities.
