In this role, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a high level of professionalism. You will engage with clients and customers, effectively addressing their inquiries with ease.

Your key responsibilities will include following up on potential leads, maintaining accurate call logs, assisting with appointment scheduling, and providing essential information about our products and services. A courteous and professional demeanor is crucial in all interactions.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Sales or a related field, including recent graduates and those with up to one year of experience in customer service or telemarketing. This full-time, on-site position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs45,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month.
